What’s on the Menu?

What a crazy week we had last week! I am back to posting my menus and goals this week! 🙂 In light of recent family events, I am having to take it easy this week and with the help of family and numerous friends, this has been completely possible!  Here’s what we are eating this week!

Breakfast

  • Banana Muffins x 2
  • Cheesy Eggs x 2
  • Apples & Peanut Butter
  • Toast
  • Cereal

Lunch

  • Chicken Nuggets with Mac & Cheese & Green Beans x 2
  • Uncrustables
  • Grilled Cheese
  • Cheese, Crackers & Turkey (lunchable style) x2
  • Quesadillas

Dinner

  • Chicken Broccoli & Rice
  • Nachos
  • Chicken Huts
  • Breakfast (for a Food Group I am a part of)
  • Freezer Casserole from a dear friend
  • Sweet & Sour Meatballs
  • Dinner out

Snacks

  • Muffins
  • Yogurt
  • Fish crackers & Fruit

Just a quick and simple menu this week! Here’s the how to for the uncrustables we made today!

What you need…

1 Loaf of bread

Peanut Butter

Jelly

Rolling pin

What you do…

Flatten you bread with the rolling pin. Cut off all the crust. Spread some peanut butter, add a dollop of jelly, fold over and press the edges. (I wet the edges of mine with a little water to help them stick.) Freeze them and they are ready for your next trip to the park!

Taste and you will see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Psalm 34:8
