What’s on the menu?

Whew what a busy weekend and start to the week! I have a delish menu for everyone and shopping list.

Breakfast

  • Oatmeal Pancakes x2
  • Yogurt 
  • Muffins x 2 (I have an over-abundance of over-ripe bananas this week!)
  • Cheese Eggs x 2

Lunch

  • Tuna Melts/Stuffed avocados
  • Lunch out x3 (We have busy lunches this week)
  • Chicken Nuggets x2
  • Mac & Cheese

Dinner

Snacks

  • Rice Krispie Treats
  • Popcorn

Freezer

Breadmaker

  • Crescent Rolls
  • Bread

Crock Pot

Grocery List

  • Pancake Mix
  • Oats
  • Eggs – 1 dozen
  • Cheese – at least 4 cups
  • Muffin Mixes or ingredients for your favorite muffins
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Tuna
  • Tortillas
  • Avocados
  • Chicken nuggets
  • Meatballs
  • Pesto
  • Spaghetti noodles
  • Bread or make your own
  • Lunch meat
  • Red beans – 1lb
  • Green bell pepper
  • onion
  • Celery
  • garlic cloves
  • Sausage
  • Creole seasoning
  • brown rice
  • Chicken breasts – 3-4
  • sour cream 8oz
  • poppy seeds
  • lemon juice
  • cream of chicken soup or make your own cream soups
  • cream of celery soup
  • Town house crackers
  • Crescents rolls or make your own
  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
  • taco seasoning or make your own
  • taco toppings

I got a little carried away cleaning out my purse, so I can’t remember exactly what I spent this week, but I know it was under $100. 🙂
