Quick Lunch for Mom

How many of you moms are currently on the “Mom Diet”? This diet doesn’t involve counting point or calories. This diet involves carrying the laundry basket to the washer, but on the way spying the abandoned PB&J crust on the plate. In a split second battle with yourself, you cave and eat the crust….this becomes your lunch. Sad, I know, but I have done it.

I was recently reading the Bikini Body Mommy and found an amazing recipe for tuna & avocado! It was become my go to lunch.

What You Need
1 large Avocado
1 small can of Tuna
Seasoning of choice (mine is Tony’s)
Wheat thins

Mix it all together and serve with wheat thins.

A simple lunch that is healthy for you! Enjoy!
